Custom Ampoule Filling & Sealing

One of Richman Chemical’s unique service offerings includes custom glass ampoule filling and sealing. Ampoules are versatile, as they can safely contain a wide a range of materials (liquids and solids, including air or water-sensitive compounds) requiring long-term protection from both heat and light. They are non-porous, impermeable and hermetically sealed by melting (tip), thus providing intrinsic container closure integrity.
Additionally, inert gases such as Argon or Nitrogen can be readily used during the filling process if necessary.
We welcome a discussion of your project specifics for any run size between 10 and 30,000 ampoules.
A filling accuracy of +/- 5 micrograms is commonly requested. We can discuss meeting whatever +/- you require!
We can source chemicals based on your specs or supplier part # or perform fill/sealing with customer-provided chemicals.
We can perform custom mixing of multiple chemicals prior to fill/seal, along with adjusting the concentration of a chemical prior to fill/seal.
We also can perform a chemical reaction followed by fill/seal of that resulting product.
All ampoules are carefully packed to prevent breakage or leaking.
